Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and sustainability targets
- Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and relationship building for strategic categories
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to ensure cost efficiency and resilience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize inventory levels and streamline procurement processes
- Implement and manage procurement software solutions (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analytics and KPI monitoring
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and foster cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent designation
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of supply chain risk management and sustainability practices
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
