Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for strategic commodities (electronics, raw materials, logistics)
- Lead complex vendor negotiations and contract management with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using SAP Ariba and Coupa procurement platforms
- Implement cost-saving programs targeting 15-20% annual reduction in operational expenses
- Oversee supplier diversity program and ethical sourcing compliance (ISO 20400)
- Lead cross-functional teams in category management and risk mitigation
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics for procurement optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in procurement/sourcing with 5+ years in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification mandatory
- Proven track record of $100M+ spend portfolio management
- Expertise in APAC market dynamics and cross-border trade regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented cost-saving achievements
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages considered)
