Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFQ, RFP, and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize supplier performance and contract terms
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and risk mitigation strategies
- Analyze market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Oversee procurement budget and performance metrics
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ in managerial roles
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
