Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across North America
- Lead complex vendor negotiations achieving 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Oversee supplier relationship management with 50+ global vendors
- Implement ESG procurement initiatives aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract execution
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics to optimize procurement decisions
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and lead cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing in manufacturing or logistics
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Expertise in contract law and risk mitigation frameworks
