Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories (MRO, IT, Logistics)
- Lead vendor negotiations achieving 15%+ annual cost savings targets
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews
- Implement ESG procurement initiatives aligned with UN SDGs
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement technology upgrades
- Lead cross-functional projects with R&D and Operations teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and cost reduction
- Expert knowledge of SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in spend analysis tools
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
- Experience managing cross-cultural vendor relationships
