Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to drive competitive advantage and cost savings.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFI/RFP development, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and global supply partners.
- Analyze spend data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead vendor performance management programs to ensure compliance, quality, and delivery standards are met.
- Drive sustainable procurement initiatives and implement vendor diversity programs.
- Mentor junior procurement analysts and promote a culture of operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a global organization.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar spend categories.
- Expertise in contract law, negotiation tactics, and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or PMP is highly desirable.
