Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies for direct and indirect spend.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from RFx creation to supplier performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with organizational growth objectives.
- Implement data-driven analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and supply chain risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement specialists to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar spend categories.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Coupa) and advanced spend analytics.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of global trade regulations and supply chain risk mitigation.
