Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category management strategies to optimize spend.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with global suppliers to ensure favorable terms and service levels.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive market analysis and contingency planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline the procure-to-pay process and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and value-add initiatives.
- Manage supplier performance metrics and foster strategic long-term vendor partnerships.
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, legal regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing complex contracts and delivering significant cost savings.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building sustainable business relationships.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or APICS are highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders across all levels.
