Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key categories including IT hardware, professional services, and MRO supplies
- Lead complex vendor negotiations achieving 15-20% cost reduction targets while maintaining quality standards
- Oversee supplier relationship management, conducting performance reviews and risk assessments
- Implement procurement technologies including ERP integration and e-procurement platforms
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Manage cross-functional procurement projects with R&D, Operations, and Finance teams
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience managing cross-cultural supplier relationships across APAC
