Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across North America
- Lead negotiations with Fortune 500 vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Implement supplier relationship management programs ensuring performance KPIs are met
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through data-driven procurement analytics
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Oversee compliance with SOX regulations and ethical sourcing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced negotiation skills with demonstrable cost savings achievements
- Experience managing global supply chains in regulated industries
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
