Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks
- Manage vendor relationships through KPI-driven performance reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and optimize procurement technology platforms
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and CSR procurement standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ annual cost savings
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba or Oracle preferred)
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing global supplier networks across 3+ continents
- Strong negotiation skills with contract law knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
