- Lead complex contract negotiations with global suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and commodity pricing to forecast financial impacts.
- Manage vendor performance through rigorous KPIs and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to streamline the procure-to-pay process.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and foster a high-performance procurement culture.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal auditing policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spend portfolios.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Coupa) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
