Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate supply chain risk.
- Negotiate complex vendor contracts, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline purchasing workflows and ERP integration.
- Analyze market trends and commodity pricing to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Manage supplier performance audits to ensure strict adherence to quality and ESG compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management and procurement automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or tactical sourcing.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global supplier portfolios.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of contractual legal frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM or CSCP are highly desirable.
