Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional sourcing projects for key commodities (electronics, raw materials)
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and mitigate supply chain risks
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovation partnerships
- Oversee procurement budget, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 procurement professionals
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and sustainability procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing/tech sector
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
