Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for high-value categories
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and value engineering
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics across APAC region
- Oversee procurement budget forecasting and spend analysis
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
- Lead digital transformation projects in procurement systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and supplier management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in complex contracts
- Experience managing APAC supplier networks and regional operations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
