Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across 15+ categories
- Lead complex negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers in APAC region
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15-20% annual reduction
- Manage vendor relationships and performance through KPI-driven frameworks
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement processes
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data-driven decision making
- Lead cross-functional projects with R&D, Operations, and Finance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 10+ years procurement experience with 5+ in leadership
- CIPS/ISM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Proven track record in cost reduction and risk mitigation
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and procurement software
- Strong APAC market knowledge and supplier network
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
