- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodity categories, achieving 15%+ annual cost reduction targets
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with global suppliers, securing favorable terms and conditions
- Implement and manage supplier relationship management programs, including performance tracking and risk mitigation
- Oversee procurement technology adoption, including ERP system optimization and e-sourcing platforms
- Drive sustainability initiatives through supplier ESG compliance programs and circular economy partnerships
- Manage a $50M+ procurement portfolio with strict adherence to budgetary controls
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and develop team capability through targeted training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving strategies in manufacturing or logistics sectors
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
