Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to drive cost efficiency and quality assurance.
- Manage end-to-end contract negotiations with global suppliers, ensuring alignment with corporate compliance and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and onboard new high-value vendors.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to proactively adjust purchasing strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, leveraging data analytics and ERP tools.
- Mentor and guide junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Ensure 100% compliance with internal policies and international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement within a global organization.
- Expert-level negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CPIM is a major plus.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performing, multi-site procurement teams.
