In this role, you will define procurement benchmarks, negotiate high-stakes contracts, and foster long-term partnerships with tier-one suppliers. You will operate at the intersection of data-driven strategy and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category management strategies to achieve cost-savings and operational efficiency.
- Lead high-value contract negotiations with domestic and international vendors.
- Monitor and analyze global market trends to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align procurement goals with organizational objectives.
- Implement sustainable procurement initiatives that support company ESG goals.
- Manage vendor performance metrics, conducting regular business reviews to ensure SLA compliance.
- Optimize the procure-to-pay process using advanced ERP systems and automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global commodity budgets.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in complex financial modeling.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
