Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for strategic categories including raw materials, IT, and MRO
- Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with 15+ global suppliers across 5 countries
- Drive cost reduction targets of 8-12% annually through market analysis and negotiation
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems (SAP Ariba) with 30% efficiency gains
- Manage supplier risk assessments and ensure 100% compliance with ISO 20400 standards
- Lead procurement transformation projects including automation and sustainability KPIs
- Mentor a team of 3 procurement specialists while fostering supplier innovation partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; CIPS/CPIM certification preferred
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in strategic sourcing management
- Proven success in international sourcing across APAC with exposure to electronics/manufacturing
- Expertise in cost analysis, total cost of ownership modeling, and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven procurement decision making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Thai is advantageous
