- Lead vendor negotiations achieving 12-18% cost reduction targets
- Implement ESG compliance frameworks in supplier selection
- Manage $50M+ annual procurement budget with 99.7% accuracy
- Drive digital transformation through ERP and e-procurement systems
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects with engineering/operations
- Mentor junior procurement professionals through structured development plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in procurement/supply chain with 5+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification mandatory
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and category management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Oracle procurement modules
- Proven success in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Experience implementing sustainability initiatives in procurement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
