Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies for key commodities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives exceeding 15% annually
- Oversee compliance with ISO 14001 and CSR procurement standards
- Lead cross-functional teams for new product sourcing initiatives
- Analyze market trends and leverage data-driven procurement analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Expertise in total cost analysis and risk mitigation
- Strong negotiation skills with $10M+ contract experience
