Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for strategic categories including raw materials, IT services, and logistics
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Negiate complex contracts with global suppliers ensuring optimal terms and risk mitigation
- Analyze market data and KPIs to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Manage supplier relationships through performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in procurement with 3+ years in managerial/supervisory role
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification mandatory
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in APAC markets
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin highly desirable
