- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce procurement costs by 15%
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to inform risk mitigation strategies
- Manage APAC supplier diversity program ensuring 30% inclusion of minority-owned businesses
- Drive sustainability initiatives by integrating ESG criteria into procurement workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 10+ years procurement experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record in cost reduction and contract management
- Advanced negotiation skills with experience in international markets
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in spend analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required for APAC operations
