Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodity categories
- Lead complex negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Analyze market trends and implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards
- Manage vendor relationships and performance through KPI-driven frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align procurement with product development
- Implement and maintain procurement compliance protocols across global operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and total cost analysis
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle)
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings in complex sourcing projects
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in international supply chains
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
