Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including RFQ, RFP, and vendor selection for critical commodities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, innovation, and cost efficiency
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance to mitigate risks and optimize terms
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain disruptions to inform proactive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement with inventory, logistics, and finance operations
- Implement and manage procurement technologies (ERP/SRM systems) to enhance process automation and data visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPSM preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in managerial role
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor relationship development
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and cost modeling
- Experience managing global supplier networks and navigating international trade regulations
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement software (Coupa/Ariba)
