Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for multi-million dollar agreements
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Implement procurement technology solutions for process optimization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing global supplier relationships
