Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for raw materials and services
- Lead supplier negotiations and manage vendor relationships across 15+ countries
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction in procurement expenses
- Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to mitigate supply chain disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives in supplier selection and ethical sourcing practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification mandatory
- Proven track record of $5M+ annual procurement budget management
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor performance metrics
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market research
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
