Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for critical IT hardware and cloud services
- Lead cross-functional supplier negotiations, achieving 15-20% annual cost reduction targets
- Implement ESG-compliant sourcing initiatives, including supplier diversity programs
- Manage procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract closure using SAP Ariba
- Analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks and identify innovation opportunities
- Lead a team of 5 procurement specialists with performance coaching and KPI management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement accreditation
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and spend analysis
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
