Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities, targeting 15%+ annual cost reduction
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle: RFQ, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Implement and optimize e-procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa) for process automation
- Analyze market trends and supplier risk to ensure supply chain resilience
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement, including ESG compliance and ethical sourcing
- Mentor procurement specialists and develop departmental KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Expertise in contract negotiation and risk mitigation strategies
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics tools and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of Singaporean trade regulations and APAC market dynamics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing cross-cultural supplier partnerships in APAC region
