Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories including IT hardware, professional services, and MRO supplies
- Lead complex negotiations with tier-1 suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate supply chain risks
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract renewal with KPI-driven oversight
- Drive digital transformation by implementing procurement automation tools and data analytics
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards and internal governance policies
- Mentor procurement specialists and conduct regular performance reviews to build team capability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience with at least 3 in a leadership role
- CIPS or CPSM certification required with demonstrated track record in strategic sourcing
- Expert knowledge of SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven success in implementing category management strategies and total cost analysis
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in international supplier relationships
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one other Asian language (Mandarin/Japanese)
- Experience managing ESG compliance initiatives and sustainability reporting
