Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for key categories

- Oversee procurement operations including RFQs, vendor selection, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational needs
- Implement and maintain procurement compliance frameworks and best practices
- Mentor procurement specialists and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive procurement/supply chain management experience
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or CIPS designation preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
