Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodities and services
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and build strategic partnerships
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring supply chain resilience
- Manage supplier performance through KPI tracking and continuous improvement programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing standards and sustainability practices
- Leverage data analytics to identify optimization opportunities and forecast market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Proven track record of delivering 15%+ cost savings in complex procurement environments
- Advanced proficiency in procurement ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
