Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management ensuring cost efficiency and compliance
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to optimize procurement strategies
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics across APAC region
- Implement e-procurement systems and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure adherence to sustainability and ethical sourcing standards
- Mentor junior procurement staff and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in leadership role
- CIPS or CPSM certification mandatory
- Proven track record in cost reduction and vendor management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one Asian language
