Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for 15+ key categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing 15-20% cost savings annually
- Manage RFP/RFQ processes with compliance to ISO 20400 standards
- Collaborate with finance and operations on budget forecasting
- Implement digital procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Mentor junior procurement specialists
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic sourcing decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
