Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across multiple categories
- Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance management
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring quality and compliance
- Analyze market trends and risk assessment for supply chain resilience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Manage procurement budget and KPI reporting
- Mentor junior procurement staff and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier diversity
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of achieving cost reduction targets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
