Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives across multiple categories (IT, marketing, facilities)
- Manage vendor relationships through RFQ/RFP processes and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends to identify cost optimization and risk mitigation opportunities
- Oversee procurement budget management and financial reporting
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes using ERP systems
- Mentor and develop high-performing procurement team members
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and sustainability procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years procurement experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Expertise in contract management and supplier performance metrics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with complex stakeholder management
- Experience managing international supply chains and cross-border regulations
