Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities worth $50M+ annually
- Lead contract negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Implement and manage e-procurement systems (SAP Ariba, Coupa) for 500+ stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to mitigate supply chain disruptions
- Drive supplier diversity initiatives achieving 30% minority-owned vendor participation
- Lead cross-functional projects to reduce total cost of ownership by 15%
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; MBA or CPSM/CIPS certification preferred
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract law, and total cost analysis
- Proven success implementing e-procurement transformation projects
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (manufacturing, healthcare, or tech)
