Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve lead times.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFx, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
- Identify and vet potential new vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and ESG requirements.
- Analyze spend data to uncover opportunities for process improvement and vendor consolidation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Engineering and Finance, to align procurement goals with organizational needs.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by diversifying the supply base and maintaining robust contingency plans.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of procurement analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contract negotiations exceeding $5M annually.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and economic impacts.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
