You will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategy, managing high-stakes contract negotiations, and implementing sustainable sourcing practices that align with our long-term growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to optimize cost and supply continuity.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to ensure favorable terms and service level agreements.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align procurement activities with production and project timelines.
- Mentor and lead a team of procurement analysts to drive process improvements and team performance.
- Oversee supplier performance evaluations and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Drive digital transformation in procurement by implementing and optimizing ERP/Procurement software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spend portfolios.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
