Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category management strategies to optimize spend.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with global suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments.
- Analyze procurement data to forecast market trends and mitigate supply chain volatility.
- Ensure 100% compliance with corporate governance and sustainability policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
- Proven track record of managing complex vendor relationships and multi-million dollar contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
