Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies to achieve cost-saving targets.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with global suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks and price volatility.
- Lead cross-functional teams in vendor selection, performance evaluation, and relationship management.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through data-driven insights and automation.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, legal regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Oversee supplier audit programs to maintain strict quality control and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spend portfolios.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification (CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
