Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align procurement activities with broader organizational objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement and maintain rigorous vendor performance evaluation frameworks.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from initial RFx through to final contract execution.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and foster a culture of high performance and ethical sourcing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value, complex international vendor contracts.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Excel).
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globalized business environment.
