Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with global suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
- Build and maintain strong internal partnerships with department heads to forecast procurement needs.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives through process improvements and supplier consolidation.
- Ensure 100% compliance with internal procurement policies and international trade regulations.
- Mentor junior procurement analysts to drive operational excellence across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement management.
- Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and advanced data analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of managing high-spend categories and complex global logistics.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing supplier performance.
