Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate supply risks.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with tier-one suppliers to secure optimal pricing and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline the procure-to-pay process and increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee supplier performance management, including regular audits and corrective action planning.
- Manage departmental budgets and provide accurate financial forecasting for quarterly reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance; MBA or CPM certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement or tactical purchasing.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex global supply chains in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
