Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for high-value categories
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to inform procurement decisions
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Collaborate with logistics and finance teams on supply chain optimization
- Drive sustainability initiatives in vendor selection and operations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification required
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing APAC supplier networks
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
