Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risk assessment
- Lead contract negotiations ensuring favorable terms and compliance
- Analyze market trends and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Oversee procurement budget management and cost reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain procurement best practices and digital tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ in leadership role
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in SAP Ariba or similar ERP procurement modules
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Proven success in managing cross-border procurement operations
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
