Responsibilities

- Lead cross-category sourcing initiatives for IT, manufacturing, and services
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate complex contracts with Fortune 500 partners
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system implementation and AI-powered analytics
- Oversee procurement budget optimization and cost reduction programs
- Ensure compliance with ESG standards and ethical sourcing practices
- Mentor procurement specialists and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years procurement experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- CIPS or ISM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier diversity
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of 15%+ cost savings in complex categories
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages valued)
