Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Manage end-to-end contract negotiations for high-value procurement agreements.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with critical suppliers to ensure supply chain resiliency.
- Analyze market trends and economic factors to mitigate risks and capitalize on pricing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement processes into operational workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure full adherence to corporate procurement policies and international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Expertise in contract lifecycle management and vendor performance evaluation.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spend portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with global cross-cultural experience.
- Professional certification (CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM) is highly preferred.
