Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for direct and indirect categories.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with tier-one suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Optimize procurement workflows and implement digital solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Oversee supplier performance management and conduct regular business reviews to ensure KPI compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly preferred.
